Boil a large pot of water with 2 – 2 ½ cups of sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and let cool. Peel and slice freestone Medel Orchards peaches so there are 4 peaches/container. You will want to use a 4 cup/1 L plastic container with a lid. Put peaches in container. Sprinkle 1 tbsp Fruit Fresh on top of peaches. Cover the peaches with the sugar water leaving ½ inch air space on top. Place lid on and put in freezer.

When serving: defrost on counter
